Taken as a whole, our courses help employers to create a culture of psychological safety in the workplace, where employees feel supported, valued, empowered and included.
Underpinning our health and wellbeing courses is the idea that a healthy workforce is a foundation for a thriving organisation. And while it is responsible and right to promote, encourage and support wellbeing amongst your employees, there’s another reason to do so: it’s an increasingly important component of the corporate agenda for employers today in the competition to attract and retain talent.
This is especially true when it comes to appealing to younger candidates, whose expectations of work differ in a key respect from older generations: they actively seek happy lives and are interested in how work will support that goal. Having a structure in place to support employee health and wellbeing can be a significant draw for younger generations of workers.
