What is your career highlight?
My career highlight was when I was booked to go to a very famous supermodel whilst she was on holiday where I lives and work. I was asked back many times whilst the supermodel was here. The model told me that she had travelled the world and loved massage, having had them in the best spas in the world. She thought mine was the best she had ever had and asked if I would come to her in London!
When you are not “thriving” you are…
I am travelling. Although I don’t get to travel as far as I used to these days I find that short breaks to Italy indulge my other hobby, good food.
What book would you recommend?
I am an Audible, ‘on the go’ reader. On my Audible at the moment is The Book of Lymph by Lisa Levitt Gainsly. We all should really know more about this system in our bodies, its healthy function is so important yet so overlooked. This book puts in easy to understand and follow format. It’s a bit nerdy but I’m actually enjoying it!
The Universe Has Your Back by Gabrielle Bernstein is also an oldie but a goody.
