Technology can be a very powerful and positive resource, both in the workplace and beyond.  And yet many people are finding that blurred boundaries, being always ‘on’ and other aspects of our use of technology is proving to have negative outcomes.

Designed for leaders, managers and staff at all levels, this session aims to increase our understanding of the way we use the technology in our lives and whether it is supporting our physical and mental health or causing us more stress and burnout. 

We’ll explore tools, techniques and changes in approach which can help us get the best out of our relationship with technology.
