Sally empowers clients to make changes and transform their life, by working with them to overcome the obstacles suppressing their health and happiness. Together they explore the client’s physical, mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual wellbeing status before creating a toolkit to build new habits and prioritise self-compassion.
After 25 years’ working in technology PR, Sally felt stuck, uninspired, and burnt out. The pandemic prompted an evaluation of her life, and it became clear she lacked purpose and connection – damaging her health and happiness. Sally enrolled on an intensive Wellbeing Coach training course accredited by NHS PCI and the Association for Coaching. Since qualifying (and also becoming a Mental Health First Aider), she now helps clients in the UK and Spain to overcome their unique struggles, and transform their life – by increasing self-awareness, and building new habits. Coaching sessions take place in person or online.
Sally’s recent career highlight was receiving feedback from a client who had managed to turn her life around after just 4 coaching sessions. Having spent most of her time worrying about finances and putting the needs of others first she is now focused on self compassion, building new habits and setting boundaries. “She told me coaching has helped her transform her life! Sally is thriving when she is walking in nature, having lunch with friends, travelling to a new destination, or dancing to a favourite song.
